How did we start?
Kernow Satellites was started in 1992 working from home with a car as a part time job.
By 1995 the business had grown enough to be recognised by sky TV, who gave us our own agency.
In 1998 we acquired the Sky Digital contract and bought an extra vehicle, within two months we had a full time secretary and a installation trainee.
By July 1999 we opened a shop and had seven employees, four installation vans and four fully sky or the CAI trained engineers. At the end of 1999 we branched out into TV repairs and aerial installations, and started a computer repair service.
Where are we now?
"The way we treat our customers is what sets us apart from the rest". We are proud of our exemplary customer service and attention to detail. We treat every domestic installation as though it was in our own homes.
Over the last ten years the business has developed and established. We now focus on satellite installation including; Sky, Freesat, dish replacement and repair, specialist systems, motorised dishes, dreambox and other specialist receivers.
Also Digital TV upgrades, digital receivers, aerial installations, DVD, blu ray. Computer based services include; construction, troubleshooting and repairs, upgrades, operating systems (Microsoft based), software upgrades.
